You can combine sheet masks, regular masks, creams or serums. 

Gently massage the face with ice globes for 5-15 minutes allowing the cold to do its work. 

There are two massage techniques to use with our globes -

1- Skin lifting massage; Upward movements work best to lift your skin for a younger, tighter, more glowing look.
2- Lymphatic massage; Downward movements work best to encourage lymphatic drainage, reducing the swelling of facial lymph nodes.
